Making progress with the #TR3a resto. Lots to do to get it through the UK's MOT test plus some optional jobs. All within my budget though of 15k (of which 10.5k bought the car and imported it) and nothing to fear -

Changing colour of rear brake light lenses.
Installing new headlights that incorporate side lights.
    Installing washer unit and wipers.
    Bolting down offside seat.
    Replacing some wiring in engine.
    Oil change.
    Install air filters.
Make rev counter and fuel gauge work.
    Tighten steeling wheel.
Weld one small hole in floor panel.
    Replace master brake cylinder.
    Replace rear bushes.
    Connect and test heater.
    Maybe replace radiator.
Once it is road legal then it is time to test the engine at full throttle and the gears etc.
THERE ISN'T AN IGNITION LIGHT -SHOULD THERE BE?

I still have 900 pounds left in the budget once this MOT list has been completed so I am praying that a new radiator and new tyres aren't essential items right away.
